IMI CCI is looking for 2 nd Shift skilled Manual Lathe Machinists who are motivated, self-starters with ability to set up and operate large and small Conventional Lathes machines. Excellent attendance required!
Maintain and lubricates lathe machine tools and equipment.
Set up and operate with minimum supervision.
Must be able to do drilling, turning, boring, grooving and threading O.D and I.D American and Metric threads large and small parts.
Must be able to read, understand and work off of blueprints and verbal instructions.
Must be able to work with various types of materials. Such as 410SS,316SS,Inconel,351SS,4130.F22 etc.
Must be able to hold close tolerances of .002 and finishes. Must be able to use all inspection equipment and inspect parts to print.
Must be able to do some sharpening of drills and special tools.
Must have own inspections tools up to 6”.
Manual Mills knowledge a plus
Education and/or Experience
Must have a high School Diploma
Machining Certification preferred
2-3years relevant experience
